Budget cuts: Emily Spong Preschool Center to close, positions eliminated due to lack of city funding

On Thursday, May 25, the School Board approved difficult budget cuts. The Board will also provide a two percent staff raise. Without more city support, additional cuts to programs and positions could occur in the future.
