Flyer Distribution (Peachjar)

Peachjar Logo

In an effort to improve communication with families, PPS has transitioned from paper-only flyers to electronic flyer delivery. School and community flyers now appear on our website and are sent via email. We use a service called, Peachjar. This program helps us to be more environmentally-friendly, embrace innovative technology, and maintain fiscal responsibility.

The flyers will share information about school and community programs for students and families.

Information for Parents

With Peachjar, you can view flyers on each school website and you also can get them once a week by email. On July 5, PPS parents will receive a welcome email from Peachjar that includes an invitation to sign-up. If you have not provided an email address to the school division, simply call or stop by your child’s school and update your contact information on file.

Even if you don’t sign-up for Peachjar, you will still receive important paperwork and information about your child directly from your child’s school. Peachjar simply helps us reduce expenses and share more information about programs for students and families.

Depending on the type of event, Peachjar may charge a fee, and it is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers to each school.

Once you register and upload your flyer, it will be reviewed by the division and school staff. Ultimately, the Superintendent determines manner of distribution, per School Board policy. Flyers will be emailed and posted online weekly. Look for the “Peachjar” button on each school website and the “Quick Links” section of the PPS website.
