Preschool Registration
Your child must be 4 years old before September 30, 2013 to register for preschool. The parent or legal guardian must register the child.
*ITEMS NEEDED TO START REGISTRATION:
- State or Military Birth Certificate to show that the child will be 4 years old for preschool and 5 years old for kindergarten on or before September 30, 2013. Hospital birth certificates will not be accepted.

- Proof of residence which must be a lease, deed, or current utility bill showing the parent's or guardian's name and address. Neither cable nor telephone bills will be accepted.

- Possess a notarized residency verification when you are residing in someone else's home (with lease, deed, or current utility bill showing their name and address).

- Verification of any supplemental income such as WIC, SSI, Social Security,
Food Stamps or TANF
|
- Custody Documents (if necessary)

- Parent/Guardian Picture ID
