Accelerated Reader

The students at James Hurst Elementary School are excited about reading!  We have many avid readers.  Mrs. Louise Jones and Ms. Mary Tolson work hard to recognize our students who love to read.  These AR coordinators organize multiple contests that encourge our students to READ, READ, READ!

In order to promote reading in our school, we have posted a list of our AR books below.  With this list you are able to check and see if your book is an Accelerated Reader book, how many points the book is worth, and the reading level of your book.
