Supervisor's Message
The Office of Gifted and Talented is committed to providing appropriate differentiated learning opportunities for all identified students. Additionally learning opportunities are available for all students through resource support lessons in grades Kindergarten through grade two. The differentiated learning opportunities address the areas of student interest, readiness and abilities. Students will be equipped with the tools to identify, nurture, utilize and maximize their innate gifts and talents through the provision of intellectually stimulating instruction.
This office recognizes that students must be challenged to become problem solvers who seek solutions, not just answers to problems by using deductive reasoning, problem solving skills and analytic technique, in collaboration with critical and creative thinking skills.
